Q: Will this Massager Hurt?

A: No! The Turbotorp V2 is designed to induce muscle relaxation and will in no way harm your or your muscles if used correctly. We recommend that you read through the instruction manual provided and use caution while using the device. Sticking to the lower intensity modes when first starting out is also advised, at least until you get used to the feeling.

Q: Is this form of Massage safe?

A: Vibration and Percussive massage therapy methods have been used for decades around the world, and are backed by science and have been proven to be safe and beneficial for the body. Working together they help loosen stiff and tight muscles, improving blood flow and circulation to prevent and reduce muscular pain. Studies have shown that it is 30 times more effective than traditional massage.

Q: How long should i use it for?

A: It is recommended to use the device daily for 15-20 minutes at a time. No, using it for longer won't cause any harm. The attachments included are to use for precise targeting of each and every muscle group.

Q: How long does the battery last?

A: The Battery can last up to 5 hours on a single charge depending on the usuage.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Tracking page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 10 to 15 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 20 business days.
